Significantly larger than the Taj City project , the KM45 development has a GLA of 5.5 mnsqm and BUA of 5.2 mnsqm. The Master plan , designed by Benoy , has recently received full approval. KM45 has a development foot print of up to 30% and currently details regarding infrastructure and utilities are under discussions with the New Urban Communities Authority (water and sewage approved , electricity under discussion with the North Cairo Electricity Company).
